1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RakeDaddy platform ("Service"), including our website at rakedaddy.io and the RakeDaddy Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

RakeDaddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

RakeDaddy is a rakeback aggregation platform that enables users to earn a percentage of the house edge (rakeback) from supported online casinos. The Service operates by connecting users to partner casinos through affiliate tracking links and automatically calculating and distributing rakeback earnings in cryptocurrency.

The Service includes a web-based dashboard for tracking earnings, a Chrome browser extension for seamless casino integration, and a cryptocurrency withdrawal system.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using RakeDaddy, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

RakeDaddy does not operate as a casino or gambling platform. We are a rakeback tracking and distribution service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of partner casinos complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. RakeDaddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses, rakeback calculations, or any other feature is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Rakeback Earnings and Withdrawals

Rakeback percentages are determined by agreements between RakeDaddy and partner casinos and may vary by casino, game type, or promotional period. RakeDaddy reserves the right to adjust rakeback rates at any time.

Earnings are calculated based on data received from partner casinos and are subject to synchronization delays. RakeDaddy makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee real-time precision of displayed earnings.

Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided by the user. Withdrawal requests are subject to administrative review and approval. RakeDaddy is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.

6. Chrome Extension

The RakeDaddy Chrome Extension is provided as a convenience tool to facilitate casino connections and data synchronization. By installing the extension, you grant RakeDaddy permission to interact with supported casino websites on your behalf, including reading publicly available account information for rakeback tracking purposes.

The extension does not access, store, or transmit your casino login credentials, financial information, or any data unrelated to rakeback tracking.

7. Referral Program

RakeDaddy offers a referral program that allows users to earn additional rewards by referring new users. Referral rewards are subject to the terms of the referral program as described on our website and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Self-referrals, fake referrals, or any form of referral manipulation is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of referral earnings and account termination.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts or use automated tools to manipulate the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Service to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service for personal gain

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of RakeDaddy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RakeDaddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

RakeDaddy's total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount of rakeback earnings paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RakeDaddy does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

RakeDaddy does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, including partner casinos. Your interactions with partner casinos are governed by their respective terms of service.

12. Termination

RakeDaddy may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of termination will be processed at RakeDaddy's discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RakeDaddy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
